. Booking & Payment Policy
A minimum 25%–50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
Balance payment must be cleared 7–15 days prior to departure.
In peak season / special tours, 100% advance payment may be required.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel cost, taxes, or supplier changes.
Rates are based on current tariffs and may change before final confirmation.
Any increase in government taxes or entrance fees will be borne by the customer.
3. Travel Documents
Valid ID proof is mandatory for all travelers.
For international travel: Passport (valid 6 months) and visa are compulsory.
YatriVeda Holidays is not responsible for denial of travel due to incomplete documentation.
4. Changes / Amendments
Any changes in itinerary, dates, or services will be treated as a new booking or amendment.
Additional charges may apply depending on supplier policies.
5. Liability
YatriVeda Holidays acts only as an intermediary/agent for hotels, transport, airlines, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for:
Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines/hotels
Natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions
Company reserves the right to alter or cancel tours due to operational reasons.
6. No Show / Early Departure
No refund will be provided for no-show or unused services.
If a guest leaves the tour midway, no refund will be applicable.
7. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.),
refunds will be subject to deductions as per supplier policies.
