. Booking & Payment Policy

• A minimum 25%–50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.

• Balance payment must be cleared 7–15 days prior to departure.

• In peak season / special tours, 100% advance payment may be required.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Pricing Policy

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel cost, taxes, or supplier changes.

• Rates are based on current tariffs and may change before final confirmation.

• Any increase in government taxes or entrance fees will be borne by the customer.

3. Travel Documents

• Valid ID proof is mandatory for all travelers.

• For international travel: Passport (valid 6 months) and visa are compulsory.

• YatriVeda Holidays is not responsible for denial of travel due to incomplete documentation.

4. Changes / Amendments

• Any changes in itinerary, dates, or services will be treated as a new booking or amendment.

• Additional charges may apply depending on supplier policies.

5. Liability

• YatriVeda Holidays acts only as an intermediary/agent for hotels, transport, airlines, and other service providers.

• We are not responsible for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines/hotels

  • Natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions

• Company reserves the right to alter or cancel tours due to operational reasons.

6. No Show / Early Departure

• No refund will be provided for no-show or unused services.

• If a guest leaves the tour midway, no refund will be applicable.

7. Force Majeure

• In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.),
  refunds will be subject to deductions as per supplier policies.
