REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Charges:

• 45 days or more before travel → 20% of total cost

• 44–30 days before travel → 40% of total cost

• 29–15 days before travel → 60% of total cost

• 14–07 days before travel → 80% of total cost

• Less than 7 days / No Show → 100% (No Refund)

👉 These slabs are aligned with industry norms where higher charges apply closer to departure dates

DOMESTIC TOUR PACKAGES (India)

INTERNATIONAL TOUR PACKAGES

Cancellation Charges:

• 60 days or more before travel → 25% of total cost

• 59–30 days before travel → 50% of total cost

• 29–15 days before travel → 75% of total cost

• Less than 15 days / No Show → 100% (No Refund)

Important:

• Visa fees, insurance, and processing charges are non-refundable

• Hotel & supplier-specific cancellation policies may apply

FLIGHT TICKETS POLICY

• All flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation rules.

• Tickets are generally:

  • Non-refundable / partially refundable

  • Changes allowed with airline penalties

• Refund (if any) will be processed only after airline approval.
  

💳 Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days (online)

• Bank transfers may take 15–30 working days depending on payment mode

• Refunds are subject to deductions of:

  • Supplier cancellation charges

  • Service/processing fees

  • Taxes

👉 Industry standard allows refund only after supplier processing

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

• Peak season bookings (Diwali, New Year, Char Dham peak dates)

• Special permits, helicopter bookings, or VIP darshan

• Customized or group departures

• Last-minute cancellations
  

🛕 SPECIAL TERMS (Char Dham / Helicopter Tours)

• Helicopter services are subject to weather conditions & government clearance

• In case of cancellation due to weather, refund will be as per operator rules

• VIP darshan and permits are non-refundable once booked
  

⚖️ Jurisdiction

• All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of local courts where YatriVeda operates
